Registered Psychologist

Chris Sciberras

M.C., Registered Psychologist #6325

Works with youth, adults, and families

Chris is a Registered Psychologist who holds a Master of Counselling from the University of Calgary. He works with youth, adults, and families, and brings a steady, practical presence to the room — the kind that makes it easier to say the difficult thing out loud.

His practice draws on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused approaches, matched to what each client actually needs rather than to a fixed protocol. Chris also works with addiction and substance use, where that same collaborative, non-judgemental stance matters most.

He believes therapy works best when it is genuinely shared work: you are the expert on your life, and his role is to help you see it from angles that were hard to reach on your own.
